tips on staying lucid and flying

How do u stay lucid? How do u control flight in a lucid dream?

First off... welcome to the site! I am new myself, but I have had quite a few LDs... Go here to see how to stay lucid. And for flying... the method I use is just get a good running start, jump and imagine yourself flying. I tend to fly the "superman" way, but you could do it anyway you want. Also, people have been talking about looking at your destination and just imagining yourself "falling" to where you want to go.[/url]

Hey Welcome silent surfer!!! As Scwigglie said, there is a lot of info here about both these things here on DV. Sometimes it is just hard to stay lucid. Many people have great success with the spinning technique. Ie. When you feel like you are loosing control of your dream.... spin around really fast and say "weeeeeeee" hehe the "weeee" is optional. To fly... well i don't know. The few times that i have been able to fly... i just decided that i was going to and took off. It is an amazing experience and I wish you the best of luck!!!
