      My sister has a question...

      She is 13, but really wants to join dreamviews... is it ok if she changes her age to 15? is it that big of a deal?

      If she was caught lying about her age, she'd just be banned from the site until she turned 15.

      No, definitely not. It would not be illegal/breaking the law. Do not worry.

      But she would be banned from the site, until she turns 15, then the ban will be lifted. She can be part of the community after that.

      Creating a dupe account is also a bannable offence.

      You wouldn't be put in jail, it's just not allowed until you're fifteen. I mean, you shouldn't have a problem if you just browse the forums, but wait until you're fifteen to actually start posting, you can learn a lot just by looking.
