I am extremely nervous that when my alarm clock goes off, or I awake from a lucid dream, I may enter sleep paralysis. I have heard this is a very scary feeling, and I don't want to go through it. Can this happen? |

Goals:
Remember my dreams a week strait
Have more than 10 LD's in a month
Have 2 LD's on my futon instead of my bed
Being anxious over the possibility of experiencing sleep paralysis is not worth it, since dwelling on those thoughts is a self-fulfilling prophecy. Instead, focus on techniques to help your dream recall, etc. |

First, I have a question for you. I'm sure you used an alarm clock before joining this forum.. do you remember entering sleep paralysis before when it went off? I don't think I've ever entered sleep paralysis when my alarm goes off simply because it usually jars me awake.. therefore stopping any chance of sleep paralysis before it has a chance to even begin. |
