      LDs easier to remember?

      hi,

      just wannet to know something. i had a LD a few weeks ago (that 5 second dream > damn alarm clock) and i easily remembered it, BUT in all my other "normal" dreams i really have a f***ing dream recall... so heres the Q:

      Are LDs easier to remember than normal dreams?
      (+ how can i get a better dream recall, except a dream journal?)

      I think so, yes. But there is no way to prove this because you can't remember what you can not remember.
      Current projects:

      There are lots of members on here who say they remember their lucid dreams more easily than their non-lucid dreams. I remember them on an equal level.

      They're more exciting so yes, I recall them easier, although I have forgotten lucid dreams too.

      I always have an easier time remembering my LD's. First of all because I'm aware at the time, they're more exciting, and because I always wake up from LD's which I don't do with normal dreams.
