      Cool question/advice

      Hi, i want to know if my efforts to wild are getting somewhere. I told my self I will lucid dream over and over again and then tried to wild. I laid there and started counting the breaths and thinking that my back is sinking and is heavy . I then started to turn numb which happens to me really really fast and a bit heavy. Am I even close to total sleep paralysis? Oh and yes this was all 5 hours after sleeping.
