Hey people, I have been reading about lucid dreams and astral projection for a few weeks now and I bought some Hemi-Sync cd's and those are awesome, but now I want to learn how to lucid dream so I came here for guidance.

Hi, dragonoverlord. They are awesome to me so far , it's kind of hard to explain it's like you can feel yourself sleeping (you feel really relaxed) but you are really awake. The only thing I've done so far is made myself fly out of my room and my bed was spinning around but i didnt see much visuals.But it takes a while to master it and I have only done it for like 2 or 3 days. That Might sound weird but its really hard to explain if you got any more questions feel free to ask me and I might be able to explain better.
