      Why hello there!

      hey. I'm Pop. I'm 19 and i just found out about lucid dreaming the other day. Im really excited to get started! any suggestions for a curious noob?

      I am Exhalent, and If you have never had a lucid dream you might want to start with attaining lucidity:

      And also read what the front page articles :

      That should give you a good start. From there you could learn some Induction methods to LDing.

      You should probably check the Tutorials section for techniques on how to LD. Also, keeping a Dream Journal is a really good idea too.
