Confirmation For One Thing To Do With WILD.

Putting all the mental aspects aside, all you're physically supposed to do is to just lay perfectly still, correct ?

That may work for a lot of people, but people need to remember that one technique isn't right for everyone. What works for you or 10,000 other people, may not work for me. You need to find your own way.

Generally though, laying still seems to work for a lot of people. That doesn't mean that there isn't a different technique that those people haven't tried that could be even better. But that is a good technique to start with.

Correct. If you move, your body will know that you're still conscious, and won't fall asleep.

This is exactly what I mean. I feel that if I move a little bit, like with my hand, I prevent myself from falling asleep too quickly into a normal sleep cycle. I think that when I move my fingers or hand a little, it helps me stay conscious while still starting to fall asleep.

I find myself trying to WILD by just staying completely still, and I never get one. But when I just do my normal thing, I get them more often.

You have to figure out what is best for you. Try different things and see which gets you closer. Staying perfectly still seems to be the most common, but isn't the only way.
