      hi, i'm back hopefully...

      wel hi,

no one will remember me )
my last post dated from 11-28-2006 so that is a while ago. i realy gave lucid dreaming a shoot but kinda gave up cez i always woke up a few seconds after i became lucid. as if i could not hold on to it.

now i'm taking it back up cez i remember a lot of dreams (because i trained the dream recall thingy) so i thought why not try it again.

so back to the basics for me. started on dream recall exercises yesterday and will be doing that for the rest of the week until i get 5 or more per night.
then a dream journal... and so on and on and on...

hopefully i get the trick this time round...

Remember that it's all in your head... Try to stabilize the dream and don't get over excited... Spending a minute stabilizing your dream is worth it because most of us can't lucid dream whenever we want to... Good luck!!!

Hello and welcome to Dream Views.

Good to see you're already working on dream recall.
Personally, the better my recall is the more lush my lucid dreams are. Hopefully the same will be true for you when you become lucid again.

Did you dreams happen just before you were to wake up for the day? If so there isn't much you can do to hold onto those. When it's time to wake up it's just time to wake up.
