      Unhappy i need help LDing......

      does anyone have any strategies on how to LD, cuz i had one ,but as soon as i became lucid, i had a false awakening......

      You should try doing reality checks immediately after you wake up, always. That should help those false awakenings.

      Read the tutorials in the tutorial section, specifically the Reality Check ones and the Dreamsigns one. Oh and
