      my first LD

      i had my first LD last night and I knew that I was dreaming because I made a rabbit appear lol. I guess that was my "reality check". That sparked my interest and was wonderin how long do LD's last?

      Well LDs can last from a few seconds to maybe even about half an hour. It depends on what REM cycle you are in, how far in the dream you became lucid, dream control, and a few other variables.

      ha, a rabbit.thats interesting.

      LDs can last anywhere from 3 seconds to what feels like years.
      on average, mine last around 15-30 minutes.
