Hey guys, first post on this forum but you may have seen me around yahooka or the shroomery. This looks like an excellent community and I look forward to being an active member. My question is, what's the best technique to begin lucid dreaming? I've looked around a bunch of techniques WILD, DILD, etc. but don't know where to start. therider

Hey Therider, nice screen name you have there! A decent way to start off is to firstly take a look at the tutorials section which can be found here - Click As said by many, it's best to try all of these techniques to find out which one suits you (kind of like what team you belonged to in Sports Day back in school). Here are the techniques: DILD - Dream Induced Lucid Dream FILD - Finger Induced Lucid Dream HILD - Hypnosis Induced Lucid Dream MILD - Mnemonic Induction of Lucid Dreams VILD - Visually Incubated Lucid Dream WBTB - Wake Back to Bed WILD - Wake-Initiated Lucid Dream There's many more tutorials in this tutorial section but these are the main ones. Keep in mind that before reading about the WILD, I recommend reading about the WBTB technique first, as WBTB is the used by many before doing WILD. When you get experienced you wont need WBTB but it's a fantastic way to start, it's quite the necessery technique! Final note, WILD is very hard to most, only try it if you're very confident and have good preperation. Hope you have a great time at Dream Views.
