Exclamation New guy, been watching waking life... haha

Hey everyone, I've been looking around on the internet for information on lucid dreaming, been watching waking life and it got me interested again... I used to lucid dream constantly when I was young, then I started having nightmares which I would purposely bring myself out of sleep from... I started losing control of my dreams and I am interested in regaining that.

Well, welcome to the forum; I'm sure you'll find a lot of 'useful' information on regaining control and lucidity within your dreams.

I can see you're looking around the forum right now, and with regards to watching "Waking Life" you might want to contriubte to this thread in the entertainment sub-forum.

      Waking Life movie?

Also be sure to check out the Quick Start Guide in this part of the forum, as it contains lots of useful tips and links.

You merely have to change your point of view slightly, and then that glass will sparkle when it reflects the light.

      Welcome to Dream views!

It's good to hear you decided to get back into Lucidity. Lucid Dreaming can be a great way to face nightmares, and fears in general. It's one of my favorite things to do in a Lucid actually.

Let us know if you have any questions.
