      New to Lucid Dreams

I'm taking some anti-depressants right now (Seroquel, Wellbutrin). When I first started taking them I experienced something that felt like a lucid dream in that it felt much more real than normal dreams. I would do things like spin around my room while my body laid in bed or gently float to the ceiling. I first found these experiences to be absolutely terrifying and would try to scream but found I couldn't. I didn't want them and certainly wasn't expecting them. I think the weird thing about this whole thing was that so much seemed to be happening to me rather than me making it happen. This was all about a few months ago

Today I had a dream that was similar in feeling but much longer and I had more influence (I found by being relaxed and not forcing things to happen helped sustain it) At first I flew around like I figure a lot people must do. Then after a while I started walking through walls. Then I started interacting with people. They told me jokes that actually made me laugh. Some situations were so ridiculous they made me laugh (the punchline to one joke was literally a 50 foot mural exactly of what was behind it). It was hard to talk because it was so hard to move my mouth, like it was moving in slow motion while the rest of the world moved normally. After I got bored of all that stuff I started having sex with people. It was cool, it actually felt pretty decent (I'm not sure why though, I thought you couldn't feel in lucid dreams.) Had weed once, it was stuck in my mouth by a few guys I knew at school. Had some psychedelic effects like at one point a guy's mouth opened really wide when he was talking and it felt like I was rolling in circles when I laid in the corner between the floor and wall I (I've never done drugs but this sure sounds like rolling on ecstasy). Then after a while I wanted to wake up and the scene changed to me being in like some sort of office being talked to by a principal or manager or something. This scene felt much more real than the other scenes, I woke up saying the last thing out loud what I was going to say to the guy.

I'm not exactly sure what I'm looking for from you guys. I guess I'm looking for insight about the effect of my drugs on the dream, whether or not this actually was a lucid dream, and just a place to talk about WTF just happened.
