Hello! I'm new to the forum and about two weeks into trying to have lucid dreams but I still haven't made a breakthrough yet . I can remember my dreams very well, I've started to do reality checks, and I keep a journal now but I feel like I have no control over my mind or body once I fall asleep. It's kind of like I go back and forth between being me and being an outsider looking in on all of my actions (if that makes any sense haha). I'm looking at all the tips on the site though and I'm really excited to try these techniques you guys are posting (I've been trying mantras for the past week or so but they don't work at all for me). Any advice would be great though, thanks.
