      Thumbs up sweeet

hello all im a newb to the site. lots of good information and stuffs to read! the concept and actuality of lucid dreaming always gives me a complete sense of rejuvenation and nourishment. just think the possibilities and discoveries to come! i don't have much experience with it, but definitely plan on researching more and more and hope to be able to induce LD more often. I can only vaguely recall dreams from when I was younger, once (back in middle school) in the dream I was walking to my bus stop and realized i was actually floating - kind of like beetlejuice does with his legs bent at the knees and hovering. Another time I was dreaming and was aware of it, I was able to make myself do it again! I was so young I didn't know what to think of all this, so i'm excited now to find a site dedicated to LD.

I also believe in OBE, out of body experiences. This happened to me in a football game back in high school a few times, as I received the ball and ran, I broke 3-4 tackles and I could actually see myself from a point of view from up in the air. It's amazing, I researched and read about professional players reporting OBEs also.

I'm also curious of controlling astral body projections, separating the mind and body. These are all of very much interest to me because its all so real.

I'll be lurking around the forums, see you around

Make sure to check out the tutorials section and keep a dream journal going.

Welcome! Let us know if we can help. Sounds like you need to start with working on recall. Starting a journal here at DV is a good step in that direction. And the journals are a lot of fun. See you around.
