      Smile think i went lucid

This was quite mad i remember running on a orange field but it was weird so i grab my nose and breath out of my nose hard then i instantly new i was dreaming and started to fly i must of got like 10 feet in the air then a super huge feeling of excitement and thats all i remember. I was using my alarm to wake myself every 10 min for about 30 mins so im not sure if this happened when i was proper sleeping or when i was snoozeing

If you can't remember much more, you may have an issue with awareness. Do you keep a dream journal of some kind?

Work on recall. Or even "not forgetting" .. Writing it down, kind of before you wake up, meaning; before you start you daily rutine..

..might help you recall more and more.

I strongly advice it. Have a note book and a pen you are sure is working, right by your bed. And as soon as your body is no longer asleep, grab that note book and pen, and write it down.. Mind you, use something, like a "post it" to have easy access to the page that can be written on next.

Even; taking time to find the page to write on, can "illude" your memory of the dream..

At least, that is how it was/is for me.

It wasn't a semi-lucid. You WERE lucid. Something tells my this was your 1st, right?

Well you can call a pen and paper a dream journal, it doesn't have to be 100% organized. I'm starting mine tonight, and then once I get DILDs down, I'm going to make a checklist of things I want to try to do in dreams. And theres no such thing as semi-lucid, it's either not lucid or its 100% lucid. It just has to do with how much awareness and your recall of what happened. It's all about awareness. Once you have that down, you're good.

      Write all dream memories down..

Soon you will "Not forget" so much, that it is too much to write down..
