So hello every one im kraven, ive been doing studdies on LD for about a month give or take a week or two. On the verry first night of trying a RC i realized i was dreaming and was able to take at least 90% control of the world around me. It only lasted for a few minutes but was verry intense. i woke fealing energy and wasnt able to sleep for a good hour. since then i haven had any LD's

Hey Kraven, well done on your past Lucid Dreaming. 90% control is very good, you should be very proud of yourself. Two things though could be the possibilities of why you're waking up the way you're not having Lucid Dreams in the days of recent. Would you care to explain what happens in your dream before you wake up, if you wake up after your dream? Naturally, it could just be a Dry Spell, if so, this is something you should read upon - Click Another possibility is a matter of Dream Recall. Do you keep a Dream Journal? If not, you should. I think you may be dreaming of something and then forgetting it, but keeping the feeling of intensity, anxiety, and stress. I may be wrong in that, but you need to keep a Dream Journal for far more reasons than that. A Dream Journal helps you to increase Dream Recall, as I said earlier. It also helps your ability in having Lucid Dreams at random nights.
