I had a lucid dream this morning. What now?

I had a lucid dream this morning. I stept out of a door and everything felt totaly real. I then realized that i was in control! The dream only lasted for a minute or so before I woke up.

What now? I want to draem lucidly again! Is there a way to use my last experience to induce another lucid dream?

Hey! You're awake the same time as me (3:05 am here). I've been here a little over a month and have managed to LD twice. The first was only about 10 seconds, but the realization was cool. The second lasted about 25 seconds and was very, very realistic. As someone who's not very experienced I haven't been able to re-induce my LDs the same night, but it might be possible. Try some of the techniques posted around here like WBTB or WILD or something of that nature. Good luck!

Have your mind on LD constantly, by thinking about it, reading about it, doing RC and so on. Make a practice schedual over what you will do trough out the day with LD. Try different techniques and see who you like best. Practice and with time youll have them whenever you like to

Have you been practicing doing RCs and induction methods? If so, continue to do that. Read the turtorials here and- if you can- a lucid dreaming book (I recommened "Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming"). Have you been recording your dreams? Dream recall is improved when you set your motavation high and record your dreams.

Welcome to Dreamviews nesqi, congrats on your LD!

When you have had a LD before, the likelihood to get a new LD is increased.

You said your LD lasted for about a minute, and that's a good start!
I think my first LD lasted 5 seconds, or so.
      Are you dreaming?
