WILD Question

so I felt really tired this afternoon and figured it the perfect opportunity to try to WILD. So, now I'm wondering (since i have not successfully WILDd) I would like to describe what i see and feel when I'm trying. Today when I started to stay focused on my thoughts I would every now and then hear a very weird and overwhelming sound, something like a computer shutting down or the sound of a robot out of a Si-Fi movie when Its turned on (yeah i know its sort of vague) I feel like I'm waiting for something when I'm thinking and then suddenly I feel overwhelmed by the sound and get excited and then I sort of lose focus (No sex jokes). What can I do about this problem?
