      Hai, lil' cows of mine.

Hai all, I'm so glad I stumbled upon this website..
After searching google about dreams, I came across this link, and I immediately started reading the tutorials..
I've started the dream recall technique yesterday, and I hope I'm going to see some results soon.

My dreams already have a daily base, and I even remembered I had more than one yesterday..I can only remember one of them clearly though..

I'm so excited, I just can't wait to have my first lucid dream..
I'm not sure whether believe all of this or not..
But I'll just push myself forward in remembering my dreams!
This might make my life so more enjoyable..

      Hi, and welcome to DV!

As you already seem to know, dream recall is important when it comes to attaining lucidity. Keeping a dream journal improves dream recall, and is useful for finding your dream signs. we have a section for keeping a dream journal if you want to have one available online.

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask!

Try not to get too excited when you succeed, because excitement can wake you up.

Of course, it's difficult not to get excited and I think the majority of new lucid dreamers screw up some of their early lucid dreams like that. I know I did.

Welcome, good luck, and have fun!

I read about that, that's probably why I always wake up at the scariest parts of my nightmares.

I tried MILD last night.., it didn't work that well, I might have had a lucid dream though..I forgot to write all my dreams down..(there were 4 if I recall..)..
The only thing that is left are some vague images .
I'm going to try it again today, and push myself to remembering dreams.
