      Exclamation Newbies Check This Out!

If you are trying to have lucid dreams but are having no luck, make sure you are keeping a dream journal! I thought a dream journal was really stupid at first. I tried lucid dreaming for months with no success. Only after I finally started keeping a dream journal did I start seeing results.

Now I have lucid dreams almost every night and have more control than I have ever had before. I still keep my dream journal (Its about 4 notebooks long now) and I always will. It is that powerful!

      So Start Writing!

Thanks for the tips guys, I'm new to the idea of lucid dreaming as of the past few days and have been skeptical as to whether keeping a DJ will help my results at all. Now I will definitely start one up because I can't wait to start seeing some results.

I've only ever had two lucids that I am aware of at the moment but I was much younger when they happened. I had trouble taking full control over the dreams though but I think that was because at the time I was unaware of the fact that i can manipulate that world to fit my desires.

Anyway thanks again for the help, good to see people helping out newbies like myself

I used to think that dream journal is a stupid idea .. But then I started to write in a Word document the first dream I wrote in the DJ was on 11/5/08.. It's been 8 days without any LD, but it helped me with the recall because sometimes I recall 3 dreams !
