      noob

      i'm new to the concept of lucid dreaming and although i have had dreams where i knew i was dreaming but i couldn't do anything really, all i could do was watch the dreams play out. Any tips???

      Try looking at your hands for a few seconds to stabilize the dream and then just do whatever you want.
