Hey people, I will get right to it and tell you the story of how I appeared to this site. I've had lucid dreams about once every few months throughout most of my life, and I have been really into it, I have always had conversations about "last nights dream" with my friends pretty much every day. Lucid dreaming has always been something I have loved, and just last week I had a pretty intense one and decided to research it and see if I could learn to have them more often. I stumbled upon this site, read up about it, and decided to try it out. I was skeptical but it worked because it has been a week since I started and I already had an incredibly intense lucid dream last night. I am hoping to become better at it and have great journeys. So hello everyone!

Welcome to DV! Looks like you're a natural, good thing you have kept your interest in your lucid dreams throughout your life. Though if I were you, I would start your quest to more lucid dreams by going through what makes you lucid in those lucid dreams that you have, and go from there.
