      Hello!

      Let me say I'm totally stoked that I stumbled across this website, and I'm so thankful that there are so many of you willing to help along all of us newbies. I really do feel like I've discovered a new body part and I'm having so much fun learning all about it! To date, I've had only two non-intentional lucid dreams, but I can't wait to make them at least a weekly regularity!

      I've already begun my dream journal, as valuable as it has been and as much as I am learning - my dream journal unsettles me quite a bit. A good 2/3 of the dreams I've recorded in the middle of the night are horrific and very dark - it's not making me want to stop, but it is definatly making me hesitate the depth at which I choose to recall/record me dreams.

      Regardless, I just wanted to say that I'm really excited, and I can't believe that more people don't know about how great this can be!

      Good to hear that your not going to let those scary dreams stop you.

      Lucid Dreaming is great for handling that kind of thing. I get my share of pretty dark and crazy dreams as well. Don't worry about that, it just makes for something interesting to write about.

      Its really amazing what the power of suggestion can do right before bed. You could possibly try it.

      Sweet, another west coaster! The dream journal is freaking amazing. I had my first lucid last night under the influence of some new techniques , although i had very little control!

      I was able to fly around like an idiot, but I couldn't change my dreamscape or believe objects into existance. Practice I suppose!

      Good for you. Unlike me I am trying and I didn't have any LD until now .
