      Well, hi.

      Hi.

As you can see, I'm a newbie here. I just started trying to induce lucid dreams less than a week ago. I've had two lucid dreams, both in the same week, about 6 months ago, and since then, I wanted to get another one, and try to do more interesting things. About a week ago, I stumbled accross some information about lucid dreams, and got interested, so i started looking into it.

Anyway, I've started practicing reality testing, and I've started a dream journal. I usually manage to recall parts of one or two dreams each night.

      Other random information:

Interests: Well, programming I suppose. Sleeping (I've been known to stay in bed until past midday. ) and pretty much anything fun.

Well, ok, not much random information.

      Anyway, hi.

Raylin, Again Welcome to Dream Views!!!

It's great to have you here! It sounds like you are defiantly on the right path. Keep up that journaling even if you only remember a few small details. Today I even sat down at my desk at work and remembered a very disturbing dream I had last night.... Sometimes they come back to you at the most odd times. Humm

Can't wait to here about your LD experiences!!!

      Welcome to Dreamviews Ray!

It seems like you are doing all the right things for a lucid. Are you using any induction techniques? If not check out the tutorials.

      What do you program in?

      Thanks all.

So far I've been using a little of MILD to help with dream recall, but Im not sure how well it's working. I do remember waking up after a dream one of the nights I used it, so it might be helping a little.

And, currently I only program in Perl, but I've been looking at Javascript, and I was thinking about looking at PHP (A useful skill to go with my amateur knowledge of HTML).

Haha I took a little C++ and now I'm taking so Java. It's just to fill up some periods though.
