      Welcome!

This site has been great. I had some very vivid dreams before coming here, but they started to go away as I've grown older, but this site has inspired me to work on my dreaming abilities. Since I started a dream journal, I've been more focused on what I want to do and I've had 2 LDs since I've joined. They've been short, but they've also been encouragements. Just start small if you're out of practice and focus on the positives. Stay focused and your recall will improve as well as a lot of other things.

Feel free to ask anything. No question is stupid if you really want the answer. If you want one-on-one help, take Sqwigglie's advice and get adopted. Ppl here are more than willing to help you, including myself. I hope to see you around and hear of your successes!
