new experiences....and maybe a new technique. WILD question

this morning (which seems to be a good time for LD's for me), i had two (very short) LD's.

first one i was watching TV in my bedroom. my bedroom dont have a TV, so i realised i was dreaming. first thing i did was attempt to walk through the TV screen...i could see the screen getting bigger as i approached it and i think i went through, but that was when i woke up.

however that dream was going on for some time, because i remember lying in bed, and on the wall was various techniques for inducing LD's. i remember thinking "i really shouldnt have written that on the wallpaper". however i didnt realise it was a dream from that.

second one i was sat behind a reception desk talking to a woman named "claire". we walked about a bit. i dunno what it was about that dream that made me think i was dreaming.

but anyway...whenever i was awake, and wanted to try dreaming again (which always seemed to me to be impossible to do on purpose), i would just think of myself in a particular place talking to people. pretty soon i would have no control of what the people said and i would get deeper in dream. that's how the second LD started. dunno if that would always work though. i expect it was because it was in the morning and i was ready for REM sleep.

and about inducing a "WILD"...sometimes i get a spinning sensation when i have my eyes closed for a while...although recently i havent been able to reproduce that sensation.

is that a sign that the "WILD" was starting?

Although I have often experienced the spinning sensation, I personally have not had the spinning sensation as precursor to WILD.

I am not saying that it is not a symptom, but it is more likely to be caused by fatigue.

      BTW: Cool experience!

no..i cant say it feels like my body is floating around the room but when it happens, it feels like i'm spinning with my bed.
it's hard to explain but i think that's the best way i can put it.

I get those exact spinning sensations sometimes. Coolness. 8) Although if I focus on them, they stop.
