      Question Should I drink a beverage that cause me to have crazy dreams?

      This is probably a stupid question but Im going to ask it anyways

      Ok if I drink orange juice right before I go to sleep , it gives me really crazy dreams.

      Should I drink so I can practice realiziing that Im dreaming and stuff? Or not........

      If it were me, I would drink OJ every night before going to bed.

      What I want to know is - why & how does OJ give you crazy dreams? Any ideas? (It's not high in B6 is it? I know of course Vitamin C...)
