Help Plz

Hey I have just started lucid dreaming, anyways, when I am dreaming I may even be like 40 years old in my dream and live in china and have a giant chicken or sumthing, and it will all make sense to me and i will never realize i am dreamin! i made a dream sign but it never makes me do a reality check, plz help

ok i think i can help you if everytime you walk threw a door or every hour ask yourself' im i dreaming ? If you get into a routine of doing this its only a matter of time before you wall threw a door in a dream and automaticly do a reality check and see ur dreaming. There is one important thing to remember that even when your 100% sure your not dreaming dont always think it if you say to urself no im not dreaming everytime you ask urself you will do this in ur dream and miss the chance to become lucid. You just have to condition yourself to do a reality check around that dream sign. You might also want to start keeping a dream journal, it helps you see recurring pattern and such, which will help you get lucid. Try this, it worked for me to end a dry spell, it might help you to start: Write RC on your wrist and whenever you see that throughout the day, do a reality check. You'll end up doing hundreds of them because you see your hand like every five seconds. It will put lucid dreaming on your mind and also help you get used to doing reality checks. Make sure that you actually question your reality, don't just say "no, i'm not dreaming" Actually analyze where you are and how everything looks. to DV
