Thread: Layer Zero Dream

I had a layer one the other day and it was as most go i got all excited and messed it up

but last nite i had a dream i was having a lucid dream i woke up rembering it but never being consiences...what is this???

you dream you have a lucid dream but you have no conciousnes or control

yeah i have had a few of those when starting out.I think it is basically that you are trying to have lucid dreams and probably thinking about them a lot which basically just results in you dreaming about having one .Bit ironic really

A lucid dream is any dream in which you realize you are dreaming. You don't have to have any kind of control, or even think clearly. If this is what you described, then it was a LD. Many people describe a LD in which they have little or no control or still have confused thinking as "semi-lucid" or a "low-level lucid."

However, it is very possible to dream about lucid dreaming.

I don't know. I had a dream about lucid dreaming last night. I was not lucid dreaming because, while I thought I was dreaming, I thought I was a Dream Character dreaming and thus had very little control over my motivations or actions. It was kind of weird. I thought I was asleep at NASA.

So, yeah, I think I get what you mean. On the other hand, I agree with Seeker. If its a lucid dream, then good going. It doesn't matter if you can't do much. As long as its still fun.

Don't you just hate those. Last night I knew I was dreaming, but I didn't do anything about it.
