Exactly. Usually, you'd have to experiment with what length of time is right for you. |

Snowy Egypt was right when it comes to WBTB. Some people stay up for an hour or longer, and others go back to bed pretty quickly. For me about 5 minutes is all I need. WBTB can be paired with a WILD, MILD, or anyother method that you need to be fairly aware to do. Some peopel just do a WBTB. During it they focus on their desire to have an LD. Then they go back to bed and hope for a DILD. |
