I think I had 2 WILDs

So the 1st one was when someone woke me up at arround 5:00 AM so I gone back to bed after watching TV for a hour... suddenly I am "awake" but can't move my eyes and my body and I am hearing a beep/buzz sound. It kept for about 10 seconds (at least that's how it seemed) then I woke up completely. 2nd one was this morning, someone woke me up at 5:00 AM again but this time I had more control over it. I thought in my head "Cool I am lucid dreaming... let me try to move myself to test" and I couldn't move my legs and the beeping noise was more clear now then I slipped into dreaming after this. My questions are: Does this mean I am an natural WILDer (because it happened 2 out of 2 ) ? Is this an WILD? Why can't I control my dream?

sorry man that's just sleep paralysis. Ppl who have no idea about lucid dreaming get that (and are often scared sh**less but u knew otherwise). You can usually move if u really want to during a wild (I can) and also u don't wake up and find itself in a wild. You start it on ur own and are always conscious even when dreaming. Sorry man.
