      Question

      Hey Everyone.
      I have just one question.

      When I was younger, I would get ready to bed, and it usually took me a good hour to fall asleep because of the constant thoughts running through my head. About a half an hour in or so, I would sometimes hear almost like an echo of someone saying my name...I lived upstairs and it was usually either my brother, my mom or my dad calling me, so I would answer...and no one had ever called me.
      I was wondering could this be maybe the beginning of SP?

      Yes, that's exactly what is sounds like. When i start drifting into random daydreams during sleep paraylsis i often 'half' hear voices or animals or whatever im daydreaming about. It is similiar to an echo, and seems like you hear it more with your mind and than with your ears. If what i described is similiar to what you are hearing, then yes, its SP. Hope thats helpful.

      That happens to me sometimes...I think I hear someone shouting and then I fall out of bed.
