      New Dreamer

      I've recently been looking around for information on how to lucid dream, I stumbled upon this forum and decided to become a member.
      I think I've had around 5 lucid dreams just by being in my dream and knowing it is a dream because it seems obvious and also by writing an a on my hand and when I sleep and dream I look at my hand and the A is not there.
      I find it's easiest for me to get lucid dreams when I set my alarm for 4am and go to sleep after turning it off.
