      1st time success

      Okay...im new at lucid dreaming. I had one lucid dream when i was a child and thought it was so cool....last night i was on bored.com and it took me to a website about dreams....eventually i found my way to wikipedia and read up on lucid dreaming... that night i fell asleep and had a lucid dream...during my dream i even noticed and felt my REM i also noticed how i can move my body while still dreaming i dont know if this is normal or not but feedback would be helpful so what do u think?
