      Falling?

      I'm pretty sure everyone has got this feeling.

      Your sleeping, and you suddenly wake up and feel like you just quickly fell down a mile, but you didn't even move. What's that all about?

      Probably sleep paralysis coming to an end, I dont really get SP but thats what it sounds like to me. Coming out of sleeping has effects like that on your mind and plays tricks on your body for a few seconds while your waking up. (I hear)

      Yeh, I get those effects on my body after coming out of a dream as well. Including falling, I wake up from nightmares with my body aching, and my ass goes numb .
      Question: Which came first, the chicken or the egg?
      Answer: Neither, single-celled organisms did.
