      awakening

      Hello people.
Forgive my bad english and don't make fun of me ok?
I have so many questions I don't know where to start.
First I would really like to know if there are any empathics around here to help my awakening to the issue...
Second I have the same dream for years now about the sea. It's so real that I'm afraid to go swiming in the sea for sime time now and I cannot enjoy it like I used to.
      really apreciate your help...

Welcome to Dreamviews! I know nothing about empathics, but I do know some things about recurring dreams.

Dreams usually happen more than once because after the first time you have the dream, you worry about having the dream again so much that soon you do have it again. Then, you begin to expect that it will keep happening, and because of that, it does.

The way to break the cycle is to change the dream for the better. Think about what usually happens in the, dream, and then imagine something you could do in the dream that would turn it into a good dream. For example, you could try breathing underwater, something that usually works well in dreams, at least in my dreams. I can't come up with any other ideas without knowing more about the dream, but I'm sure you could think of something.

Once you've decided what you'll do the next time the dream happens, focus on that plan before you sleep. Tell yourself you will remember to do it the next time you have the dream, and eventually, you will. This technique has worked for many other people with recurring dreams, and it usually stops the dreams from happening again.
