      dream induced lucid dreaming... i think its to do with questioning reality whilst already in a non lucid dream - and then becomming lucid - as a pose to wake induced lucid dreaming, or hynosis induced lucid dreaming......

      a DILD or Dream Induced Lucid Dream is when you become lucid after noticing an anomoly inside a dream. for example,in my dream, i pulled out my dream journal to write in it,only i noticed it was full and all the writing was gibberish. this could not be real,so i came to the conclusion 'hey,im dreaming!'
      i noticed something in my dream which triggered lucidness so i had a DILD
