      New person, semi-lucid already (i think)

      Hello all! Im a newbie here, even though I've been reading about lucid dreams for a while now. I've been wondering if this has happened to anybody else on here.

      I'll be asleep and then i'll think "Hey, i should wake up now" and then I will wake up.

      Is that considered lucidity?

      i've done that many times, or i'll tell myself to wake up, since you're telling yourself to wake up we can gather than you know you were dreaming and yes that is a lucid dream, next step is controlling it welcome to the website! enjoy your stay.

      If you tell yourself to wake up then I think you could be lucid. Keep it up tho.
