I'm a little confused with what you mean by "lacking every DILD technique I'm doing throughout my life". Are you using any techniques right now? If so, which one, and for how long have you stuck to it?

I think you mean that your DILD isn't working. Try the WBTB technique, that has good results usually.

By lacking DILD techniques, I mean forgetting to do reality checks, not keeping
with every dream to write down in my dream journal, and also staying up late.

All I can suggest is regulate your sleep schedule if you feel like your staying up too late to have LDs. And It's okay to forget to do RCs. Take it one step at a time. I hardly RC and record dreams myself. Really, the most important thing to do is not give up. I went through this same period, but I pulled myself out of if, along with the help of some DV members. If you feel like you can't do everything you want to do right now help yourself have an LD, then take a break. It'll cool you off, and let your mind refocus.

Don't ever consider giving up... Lding is unlike anything you'll ever experience in your waking life. Do your reality checks when walking through doorways or every time you see a clock give it a second glance and check to see if the time is right at both glances. Some very simple RC can be fixed into your daily routine. If all else fails, Think nonstop while falling asleep about what you want to dream about even design a plot to yourself and create images with your imagination and BOOM WILD

Keep focus! You seem like (from your post) that you have had LD's in the past. If that is the case then you are already capable of it. Don't give up on it!
      The year is 2029.
The machines will convince us that they are conscious, that they
have their own agenda worthy of our respect.
      They'll embody human qualities and
claim to be human, and we'll believe them

well you shouldn't give up, it takes time and practice to be able to do anything, as you said you fail to do reality checks just keep practicing.. and DILD isn't the only technique to get a lucid dream from, there are others too. in my experience WILDs are easier than DILDs, but that may just be me. just keep trying and it will happen.

You could always try writing "RC now" on your palm in permanent ink. Or, if you don't want others to see the reminder, write it somewhere else you will see several times a day that will be covered by clothing. I can't believe I just suggested... Never mind.

The point is to find a way to remind yourself to RC. Writing on your palm or elsewhere can be a good reminder you'll see several times a day. When ever you notice it, do a RC.
