      New Person Here!

      Hi everyone
I found this site a few days ago but have only registered now,
I've had two lucid dreams from being in a dream and suddenly realising it.
Last night i think i had a WILD, correct me if im wrong because i could easily be.
I woke up in the middle of the night and was about to fall back asleep when i felt vibrations, kinda like pins and needles all over my body but not sore and very light. I've had this before and have reacted which caused it to stop but i didn't this time as i was so tired, then i felt a falling sensation and the next thing i know im in a dream, i knew it was a dream without doing a reality check because everything was kinda blurry i was standing in my room bent back a bit and i felt very heavy and weighed down so i tried to wake up as i freaked for some reason as it was so sudden, i put effort into opening my actual eyes (don't ask me how thats just what it felt like) I saw black and then i was awake.
If anyone can explain this or something then that would be good
I would also like to know if lucid dreaming makes you more tired when you wake up than normal because your mind is conscious and not really resting.
      Thanks

      hello!

That was a Wild that you described. I think you may have panicked...(we all do it at some point) What you should realize is that you have control, and nothing can harm you. LDing doesn't make you more tired, though your mind is awake you still get the same amount of sleep as usual.

I hope I answered your question.

      peace.
I am a man. I have nothing to show off. I am just a person withnothingexcept for what I would like to show off, which is nothing.

One last thing, i don't try to get a WILD, they just happen but what's the easiest way to get a LD when you want one? Preferably where you don't have to wake up in the middle of the night as i can never remember things when i wake up then
