There can be many reasons to why you have limited dream control. Some of the common reasons are strong emotions, especially frustration, often caused by your inability to control the dream, which can turn into a vicious cycle. |

I've always had lucid dreams over the years, but I have little control over them. Keep in mind, they are very real, and are vividly part of my memories to this day (nearly 7 years later). I've always had a few I could do. For instance, I can rewind and replay a portion of a dream that I like (which is very fun mind you). As well, flying isn't a problem to me as I've hovered and flown before. Now that I've said all of that, here are my questions. |

If you can rewind and replay the LD, can you stop it? I do this a lot to regain (and gain more) control of a lucid dream. When I stop the LD i always resight what a LD is, and tell myself that everything in the LD is in my mind under my direct control. This makes for very lucid and vivid LD's, in which you can alter directly what happens with the dream environment. I've done this with 3 out of my five LD's and its worked very well every time. I've tried to make it a habit when i enter a LD to do this. |

Body Clock Experiment...
I can't stop it. I can only move through the timeline. I can end the dream by waking up, but I can't ever change it. |
