Need help - Many dreamflashes and experiences

      Hello everyone!

Nice to see such a lively forum! I have joined, hoping you will be able to answer my question/problem, which is the following:

In the past, when closing my eyes, I would see nothing much, things would be mostly dark. I would have to do my best to concentrate on seeing something.
About a year ago I seriously started to get into different perspectives and realities, you know, trying things, reading stuff. And then this all changed. At first it seemed interesting, but later it became more and more disturbing. This is why:

      - While awake, day and evening, I have flashed of dreams that I dreamed before, in the past 35 years. Somehow the emotion, feeling of such a dreamflash is connected to something I think, hear see, etc in reality.

      - When closing my eyes, it really gets going. It is like stepping into a movie. Normally you would close your eyes and feel at peace, but I have the opposite. It is like I fall into many dreams at the same time.

I am sure many of you would love this, as it surely is a ride, but after a while, especially because you cannot reverse it, it gets exhausting and makes you feel restless and ungrounded.

Here is my question: Does anyone know what this is? And what to do with it?
I never had this ever before and I have no mental problems of any kind that might explain this.

      Hope to hear from you!

      Thanks for responding!

      No, not at all.
I find that when consistently ignoring it, it partly goes away (or I don't realize it that much anymore).
It is like some barrier is gone, actually. Normally we have associations with regular memories. I have it - often unexpectately - with dream flashes. If it at least would make any sense, but I cannot in any way discover the links.

I also feel kind of dizzy in the morning right after I realize I am waking up. The dizziness goes away, but a "heavy head" feeling stays, even though I am fully awake and "here". This makes me feel kind of restless, as I have no idea what it comes from.

      Any ideas?
