Newbie Curiosity

Sorry for such a long post, hope you read it all and relate. I have just started writing my dreams down, this will be my 2nd night, because for quite some time now(3-5years) I have been able to recognize events and know what will happen soon after. For instance, I walk down a secluded hallway and recognize the hallway, and will know what is about to happen like someone coming up to me and talking to me or something. That has not happened I was just giving an example. After the event or even during I will think about it and it all comes back to a dream that I had previously that I did not remember at the time but when it happens sometimes it will pop back into my memory. This has happened many times and sometimes I am about to tell myself it is about to happen 30minutes to an hour before and try to do something different to see if it will still happen. Sometimes it will continue as I had thought but, other times it will stop and becomes unfamiliar or normal again. It kind of freaks me out to be honest. I was searching on the internet and found that other people have a similar thing occur like déjà vu but a more vivid sense of it. Thing is that mine is a little different, it’s not just being familiar it’s as if I know exactly what is about to happen and when. I was curious to know if anyone else has had this happen in such an intense state of déjà vu. I hope that writing all my dreams down will allow me to search back when this happens again and see if it correlates to my dreams. Any and all relevance to my situation would be helpful because I do not know much and lucid dreams, déjà vu or anything about dreams in general.
