      This is going to sound dumb but....

      can someone give me the meanings of the abreviations you use here? ie WILD, DILD, etc. i know the basic lol like lucid dreaming but whats the rest?

      also SP, Im pretty sure it has to do with paralization? Anyone?

      Well, I'm not entirely sure about DILD, but I know that WILD refers to "Wake Induced Lucid Dreaming," while SP refers to sleep paralysis. Check out the Dreamviews main site. It explains all of it.
