Hey everyone, new here as you can tell im 17 i go by Leviathin. It was last week that i stumbled upon this site, from that time i have read every little thing i can the thought of it is just so fascinating to me. I hope to get to know all of you and share thoughts.

P.s After finding the site i went on a google search spree and came across something called the Lucid Dreaming Kit, Is this worth looking into or a scam ?

      !!

It's always nice and refreshing to see an excited newbie. We offer a ton of resources to help you on your way. The Tutorial, Attaining Lucidity, and Dream Control sections are some to name a few.

Welcome! It's nice not to be the newbie anymore!
As for the Lucid dream kit, it may work, but You really don't need it. All you need is a journal and commitment!

I do have one more question, I was reading about keeping your mind awake and your body being in sleep paralysis the more i think about it the scarier the ideal seems. As anxious as i am there is still a bit of fear.

It's nothing to fear. It happens every night, even thought you're not aware of it. Some members love the experience. And it's different for everyone, so you might not even feel a difference.

But if you're still a little scared, look up the DEILD method in the Tutorials. It's like WILD, but it skips the SP altogether.

SP can be scary, so the only way getting around it is experiencing it. And to experience it, you have to practice it. Ask anyone, when it comes to WILDing, practice is the best technique to mastering it. If you have any questions about WILDing or anything else, then dont hesitate to ask.

      S.p.

I have had an experience involving sleep paralysis. I knew i was dreaming, but my eyes were open. i wasent confused or nothing.. in fact i was fully aware. the only abnormality was the dead female laying next to me. its because of her presence that i was in put in a state of paralysis. completely horrified, i was left to scream inside of what seemed to be a dream at least. i document mostly all of my interesting dreams. so im sure one day there will be a much more detailed explanation available. (lvthn)
