Hi i've been browsing this site for a while and I have decided to sign up because of a scary sleep paralysis I had this morning. I had really bad difficulty breathing during this SP and although i don't usually mind, them this one made me wonder whether you can suffocate from SP? I know it sounds stupid but the earlier experience I had really made me wonder if it was possible.
