      Getting back into it

      Hey all!

I'm not exactly 'new' to lucid dreaming, or dreamviews (This is a great site, I visit every now and again), but I guess I stopped trying to dream and now I want to get back into it and start having some LDs! I remember reading that the best way to make that happen is to get dreaming into your waking life as much as possible. I figured registering here and talking with all you folks is a great way to do exactly that!

Has anyone here ever been a dreamer and then stopped? Did you find it easier or more difficult to 're-learn?' For myself, I find just wanting to remember my dreams better has increased my recall from essentially not dreaming to remembering at least one a night. Though nothing lucid yet.

Good for you! Dreams have a lot to offer! To increase dream recall I suggest keeping a dream journal. It can be as involved or as simple as you want it to be. If you'd like to keep it online there is a dream journal section here on DV!
