Hello! I'm new to the forums and also new to lucid dreaming. I don't know much about it. That's why I thought I would join the forums. I hope to learn more about it as time passes. I would suggest staying away from the Lounge and maybe the chat for awhile. It's not really good if you went there and saw all the things that people talk about if your new I guess it would make us look bad LOL

to DV. Check out the tutorials section here in the forums for some useful information. Specifically the DILD tutorial since that's the one that most poeple usually start out with.

Yeah, that's the best place to start. The WILD and FILD techniques are great, but they really aren't that effective if you're just beginning.

Hello, Brittani! Welcome to Dream Views! This site is surely one of the largest banks of information about lucid dreaming, so be sure to check out all the tutorials and info! You can freely PM me if you want to. I might be new to the forums, but I have quite a lot of experience with lucid dreaming.

FILD is no longer considered it's own technique though I still find it easier to classify it by itself, as the technique is somewhat different. well, you ARE moving your fingers anyway.
